Mr. Lonnie E. "Pickle" Greer

Lonnie E. Greer (Pickle), 70, was born February 2, 1945 to the late Jessie Jones and Leona Greer. A native of Lexington, Pickle, was a known entrepreneur. Lonnie was a member of Historic Pleasant Green Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by Henry “Dink” Greer, Phelps “Phil” Greer, Geraldine Todd, Monica (Howard “Camm”) Cowan, and special friend Lee Doris Guy. Pickle leaves to cherish his memory ten daughters, Zenada Greer, Tammie (Terry) Johnson, Kathi Leavell, Lonnie Jean Camp, India Greer, Latandra Oxendine, Lonetta Oxendine, Katherine Oxendine, Shanda Carter, Regina Thurman; three sons Bobby (Stephan) Carter, Antonio (Lawanda) Oxendine and Darryl Smith, forty grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, special niece Geraldine Sweeting, special friends Henrietta (Harold) White, Pat Carter, host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
