Debra “Niscey” Denise Clay was born August 11, 1959. She was the daughter of Eva Linda Clay and the late James Franklin Clay. Nisceyattended Henry Clay High School. She was a private patient caregiver. She was was known to be was feisty, giving, loving, generous and she loved to cook for family and friends. She was member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she served in the Matilda McCann Missionary Circle. Debra was preceded in death by her father, James Clay; maternal grandparents, Booker T. Burton and Mildred Ann Burton. Besides her mother, she leaves to cherish her memory three loving daughters, Deshebo (Darwin) Wingate, Thea Clay, and Eva Clay; three granddaughters, Alexa Wingate, Ta’Leah Clay and JayOnna Huffman; a sister, Linda Davis; a brother, Terry Allen; god-sister, Ada Mitchell, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including special cousins, Gary Clay and Lewanda Jackson.
