Alicia C. Williams (Lii Chantell), was born on January 15, 1981 in Demopolis, Alabama to Climon and Carolyn Williams. She was the eldest of two girls. Alicia and her family relocated from Alabama to Radcliff, Kentucky during the winter of 1989, and began attending New Hope Missionary Baptist church where, at an early age, Alicia accepted Christ and was a member of the Sunbeams and Genesis choirs. At her passing she resided in Lexington, KY was a faithful member or First African Baptist Church. She graduated from North Hardin High School and went on to attend the University of Kentucky. Alicia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2005. Alicia’s passion for make-up and beauty inspired her to become a professionally trained makeup artist studying under well-known brands like MAC, Dior Cosmetics and Estee Lauder. In 2014, Alicia stepped out on faith and opened her own make-up studio, Pose Artistry. As an independent published make-up artist, Alicia viewed the beauty in all of her clients and wanted to help people see themselves the way she did; beautiful in the skin God blessed you with! She loved inspiring others to be their best. In addition to makeup, Alicia loved fashion, shopping, reading, blogging, and tacos! Alicia made a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her unapologetically powerful attitude gave life a spice that will live on through those who knew and loved her! Alicia departed this earthly life early Sunday morning, August 13, 2017. She leaves to cherish her memory: her mother Carolyn Williams of Radcliff, Ky., father, Climon Williams (Kim) of Marion, AR., her baby sister, whom she affectionately called “Tweety Beans,” Taquita Renee Williams (Terrance), of Nashville, TN., her loyal dedicated best friend, “whom she loved first,” Aaron Holmes Jr. “AJ,” whom she affectionately called “Bubby” of Lexington, KY., her mother-in-love, Tracy Owens-Holmes, of Lexington, Ky., her “Granny-in-love” Laura “Bea” Owens, her “daughter-in-love” whom she referred to as Chicken Nugget” Destiny Turner, her “cousin-in-love”Lauran Owens-Mundy whom she called her “Punkin Noodle,” her sister-friend, Anitra Taylor of Baltimore, MD.; uncles: Carlos Haynes (Leigh) of Houston, TX., Irvin Williams (Maxine) of Birmingham, AL., Leon Williams of Greensboro, AL., Joseph Williams of Trussville, AL., Joe Williams of Trussville, AL.; aunts: Beatrice Jones (Eddie) of Demopolis, AL., Mary Hurns of Greensboro, AL., Delores Colvin (Joe) of Tuscaloosa, AL., Juanita Williams of Tuscaloosa, AL., Stacy Owens, of St. Louis, MO., Jamie Owens of Lexington, Ky., John Murray of Lexington, Ky., Robert Murray of Lexington, Ky., Diana Gentry of Lexington, Ky., Calvina Mason of Lexington, Ky., God-children, nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
